Account
You can sign up on our Homepage, please look for the icon on the top right of the page.
Either choose login if you have already registered an account or go forward to creating a new account.
Order
- Add your favoured items to your cart—there will be a pop up window showing items you have successfully put into your shopping cart.
- Click "Check Out' and you will be redirected to the check out page.
- Enter all shipping details and select a payment method to finalize your order.
- You will then recieve a confirmation email on your completed order.
- Dispatchment and Shipping notifications will be sent to your email accordingly.
You will receive an email with your confirmation of order and tracking details will also be sent on a seperate email once your order has been processed and dispatched.
To check your status or order history, please create an account before you complete your order and you will be able to search through all your order details.
Payments
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Google Pay & Apple Pay. Please note that the available payment methods may change depending on your region. We do not accept cash on delivery.
Returns
We offer returns within 14 days of the date you received it. Please make sure you put items back in their original packaging before you send them back to us. The product must be unworn and unused, with all original tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. All products are subject to inspection once we receive them.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will contact you on whether the return has been accepted. If a refund is approved it will be processed immediately. All major credit card providers generally take 5-7 business days to process your refund before it appears in your bank account.
The best way to change your order is to contact our support or simply give us a call during our business hours. If an order is shipped, we won't be able to make any changes to your order and you would need to place a new order. There may be return shipping that you will need to take account for is orders are returned without a valid reason.
Shipping
Orders are processed in the order we receive them, please allow up to 5 business days for our team to process and dispatch your order. Shipping is aimed for next day delivery and may be affected on weekends or public holidays.
You can track your order status by logging into your account or track your order with the tracking number provided to your email.
Courier tracking would provide you with up-to-date information about your package. If it gets stuck or never gets delivered to you, please contact the courier provider at first instance to get a detailed update on your parcel. If you need further help, please contact our support team and we can assist you with the next steps.
